Liberty Travel

For our honeymoon, we are going to Walt Disney World. We had originally talked about staying at one resort, but little did we know it was a resort that usually had more kids than couples. It was also a lot larger than what most people have in mind for their honeymoon. She recommended Port Orleans French Quarter. It is about half the size of the other resort, close to Downtown Disney, and has more of the 'adult' feel. We also wanted a room with a water view and certain other key features, and she got it!

She also made dinner reservations for us (which I for some reason thought we had to do) for some of the hardest restaurants to get in to - at least for the time of year we are going! Also, we were trying to work out where we were going to stay for our wedding night (we are flying out the next day) and how we were going to get to the airport. She suggested staying at Logan our wedding night, that way we will have free parking for the week we are gone, and we do not have to worry about asking anyone to pick us up or drop us off.

She did a great job on trying to stay within our budget, while getting the most for our honeymoon. She also made it a point to let the people at Disney know we are going to be on our honeymoon. The best part was also the price match guarantee. We found the same exact vacation package on the Disney web site for less than what she quoted. We printed out what we found, and she honored that price! All in all, both my fiancé and I agree that any future travel plans will be made through Sally!

To be honest with you, this is the first time I have ever used a travel agency to book travel. I didn't really know much at first about what I wanted or even where I wanted to go. This trip was VERY last minute as well. Angela was so nice and helped immensely with any question I had. She was knowledgeable about the destinations in question, and returned my emails well within 24 hours, usually within a few if I emailed within the working day.

She also was very patient as I changed my mind a few times and also asked her for payment options, etc. Angela made an extremely good impression on me and has got me 'hooked' on using Liberty Travel for my future travel needs. I can't tell you how much I have looked up destinations, flights, prices, etc. online over the past several months, and once Angela helped me, it was a piece of cake! The package choices Angela sent to me were just what I was looking for and the prices were unbelievable ... better than I could have imagined. Gina has been wonderful to work with. We are planning to get married in Punta Cana in May and then spending our honeymoon in the Bahamas afterward. She has been great and is always quick to get back to me if I have any questions. We have very much enjoyed working with Gina. We contacted several travel agents before speaking with Gina, and she was the only one that seemed truly interested in helping us get where we wanted to go. Others would shoot down our ideas or tells us it was impossible to lower the price to fit in our budget. Gina helped us pick the right resort and gave us a better deal than the online search engines. She has always answered all of our questions quickly and has already contacted our resort to put in our room request 9 months in advance. I am so glad we have a chance to reply to the care Jackie took in finding us our honeymoon destination. We spent well over two and a half hours with Jackie on a Monday afternoon and during the whole experience, she was nothing but courteous, professional, helpful and kind. I asked her to come up with some great ideas for a cruise and some [all] inclusive & non-inclusive resorts. She was able to get many different destinations and send them to me including the airfare, and cruise details.

I was so pleased with her. I was pretty adamant about a cruise at first, but when she sent me some of the inclusive resorts for just as cheap, we decided that the resort was the right choice for us.

Again Kim was wonderful, she got back with me the same day in most cases. She was fast in getting all contracts and very nice on the phone. She explained everything where I could understand it.

I would recommend Kim Knoll to help anyone with their honeymoon or any travel for that matter. I am looking so forward to going on my honeymoon.

Thanks so much for getting back to us so fast! It's a relief in this exciting (but overwhelming!) time as we plan the wedding. We are looking to travel April 21 - April 30, 2008, and we are really interested in Cabo, Mexico! I have done some research, but am finding more and more that I don't have the time to plan it all. We are thinking about an all inclusive resort package, and we like to fish, kayak, ride bikes, hike, go to the beach, and I love a good spa! Hope this information helps.

We were so pleased with the help that Julie provided. I emailed her one afternoon asking if she could price out a few options for us, and she wrote back almost immediately providing a few different options and offering her advice on a few different packages. Over the next few days, Julie and I exchanged a few emails as she provided more details and elaborated on the different amenities at various hotels and the special offers for honeymoon couples. I was so happy with how quickly she responded and how much she knew about the different hotels in Los Cabos. To be honest, I felt like I was emailing with a friend because of the attention that I felt she provided and the details she added in her emails.

We ended up booking our honeymoon through Julie within two days of when I started emailing her. I don't think we originally planned on booking so quickly but with all of the information that she provided, we felt like we had everything necessary to make a good decision (and she had us so excited about our honeymoon!) As soon as I told Julie which package we selected, she immediately faxed over detailed information and booked our flights. She provided me with an online link that tells us all about Los Cabos (dining, nightlife, activities, weather) and the special honeymoon package that we booked at our hotel.

By the end of our conversation Julie had mentioned that she would be visiting Dreams Los Cabos in early 2008 which is where we booked our honeymoon - this made me 150% sure of the decision we made. I can't wait til August when we get to see everything in person!
